Samara Lucero

LMT, NC

Samara’s journey into health and wellness began on the Ultimate Frisbee field during her college years. As a dedicated athlete, she quickly recognized the importance of proactive body care—not only for peak performance but also for injury prevention and long-term well-being. After earning her undergraduate degree in Spanish, she pursued massage therapy training and soon established a private practice within a CrossFit gym, where she also served as a coach.

Over the next decade, Samara worked extensively with both recreational and competitive athletes, addressing a wide range of injuries. Her practice also expanded to support individuals with complex medical conditions, including spinal injuries, cerebral palsy, burn recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and PTSD. Driven by a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, she furthered her expertise by incorporating Craniosacral Therapy to better serve survivors of trauma and abuse.

In 2018, Samara relocated from Boston to Tucson, embracing the warmth of the desert and deepening her interest in holistic nutrition. She earned her certification in Nutrition from Bauman College, further expanding her ability to support clients through a whole-person approach. Now a mother, Samara has developed a special focus on children’s health and nutrition, as well as care for expectant mothers—while continuing to serve athletes, individuals with chronic conditions, and trauma survivors.

Whether you're seeking support for physical recovery, nutritional guidance, or trauma-informed care, Samara brings a wealth of experience and compassion to meet your needs.
